The food was amazing and the service was great! ROSA was my servicer and she took care of the whole company party! She made sure everyone’s food was exact and helped up choose between the green chile and mole enchiladas! She recommended both and that was the right choice!! The quesabrillas are AMAZING!!!! No wonder they are award winning!

Since I can’t give 6 stars for service, here is a shoutout to Johan for taking care of us at the bar. It was a busy Friday and we didn’t have reservations, but there wasn’t a wait to sit at the bar. We were greeted immediately and chips and salsa arrived shortly thereafter. The menu is so expansive, it’s almost hard to choose. You will not be disappointed by the Mocaljete de Mariscos - we ordered the single portion (and added a lobster tail) and it was more than enough for two people to share. The sauce was so amazing I could have taken a jug of that home and sipped it like soup. The drinks were also delicious and they had a robust selection of beers on tap (and bottled). I can now add this to my list of favorite Tucson restaurants!

Great experience at Amelia's! Danny was our server and he was very attentive and friendly. The margaritas are on the sweet side but very tasty, and all the food was delicious. Also, very artfully presented! Lovely murals and lighting inside too. The restaurant was pretty loud, so we had to raise our voices to hear each other, but it was a Friday night and not a big deal for us. Overall a wonderful dinner and time!

I was raised in El Paso, TX. Even though there are plenty of Tex Mex restaurants, I always ferreted out the authentic home grown best Mexican food establishments. Well, I’ve never had food better than I did tonight at Amelia’s Mexican Kitchen, in Tucson, AZ. Starting with the salsa and home made chips, through the best chili rellanos I’ve ever had in my mouth! The red and green chili sauces were over the moon and the enchiladas were to die for. I walked in weighing 115 lbs and walked out weighing 120. I couldn’t stop eating. The tamales were a mystery. How can a tamale be so good? They even offered a spinach vegetarian tamale. Holy cow. The taquitos were crispy and perfectly cooked. The way they served the beans and rice was classy too. The salad greens were garden fresh and not restaurant limp, like is often the case. Take my word for it! They cannot be beat for Mexican food OR their beautiful margaritas, which came with an orchid. The little unassuming home owned restaurant served 5 star resort quality Mexican cuisine and beverages. And Lordy Lordy don’t pass up on their chocolate cake and flan combo. I think it was called chocoflan! I’ve never seen or tasted anything like it. Delicious! I have well over 4.5 million views on Google and have been writing for them since “review” beginning and I’m not a push over. This is the most deserved review I’ve ever written. Kudos to the amazing hostess, Alexa, and to our competent, excellent waiter, Danny.

Gabriel took excellent care of our large group for dinner. All orders were spot on. The drinks were a little light but creative. The Amelia's Molcajete is one of the best plates for 2 people. 3 could have ate it really.

One of our favorite Mexican restaurants! Everything from check in to server to food was exceptional! Rodrigo was super helpful selecting dishes. Everything came out promptly, hot, and super delicious! Highly recommend!

We had a great server (Gabriel) who kept us supplied with chips, salsa, and drinks. The food tasted fresh and the molcajete de mariscos for 2 was not only delicious but visually stunning! We were there at 4pm on a Friday so there was a slight wait (< 15 minutes) since we hadn't made reservations. Definitely recommend Amelia's Mexican Kitchen on Oracle.
